Can you treat everyone?
Because patients are not physically present in the office for an exam, there are some conditions that can’t be treated by our healthcare professionals. We have to be careful to ensure all of our patients receive safe, appropriate treatments. For this reason, we cannot treat emergencies, complex healthcare situations, or children under the age of 2. In the event that we are unable to offer necessary treatment, your consultation fee will be refunded.
